Workshops:

The ACT Hepatitis Resource Centre offers presentations to businesses, schools and organisations on Hepatitis and related issues. The presentations are conducted by our professional facilitators with a wide experience in the field. We can conduct workshops on a variety of topics designed to assist the community.

Workshops available include:

• hepatitis C awareness
• reducing risk behaviours
• pre- and post-test counselling
• transmission
• epidemiology
• understanding stigma and discrimination
• overview of treatments
• effective client support

Feel free to contact the Resource Centre if you would like to bring one of our educative workshops to you. We are happy to tailor a workshop to your specific requirements, or combine several topics as necessary. Bookings are essential and there is a nominal charge to private and public sector business which is defrays the cost of wages and resources. Each participant receives a resource about hepatitis C and is welcome to ask questions of the presenter.
